Job Description
The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking an Experienced Project Analyst to supply project management support to facilities and information projects within the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit Charleston's Site Program Office! As the Project Analyst, you will conduct project and portfolio planning, develop work plans and schedules, measure, and report on project performance. This also includes risk analysis and mitigation, support management and stakeholder reviews, and ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders. Additional opportunities of this position will include teaming with Project/Program Managers, Engineers and other Project Analysts to develop long range facility plans, support the Project Scoping Process, perform portfolio resource analyses and support the variety of budget planning and execution for the NPTU Charleston site.

Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of nine years of relevant experience or;
- Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and a minimum of seven years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing and maintaining project schedules in Primavera P6
- Project management experience
- Budget management experience
- MS SharePoint experience
- Demonstrated experience in Excel
- Strong teaming and communication skills
